im so fed up feels like no one cares anymore,my counciling is going ok but my family is a waste of space all one sided and it not fair after everything ive been through no one gives a shit,it all gets swept under carpet im not aloud to talk about what happend because they dont want to incase i upset them well no more im sick of it

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
