hi all hope all is well with you all, im just sending a quick message to everyone hopeing everyone is copeing ok,im doing ok at the mo got a councilling session next friday which im abit nervoues about but looking forward to it too.i stopped going to councilling about a year ago thinking i was ok but found out i wasnt so going back again.its weird cos im nervoues but looking forward to it at same time.hope everyone is well x love and hugs paula
