Liars Anonymous Community Group
A support group to provide those with a compulsive addiction to lie a place to share hope, strength and courage with others like them; solve our common problem and help others with a compulsion to lie. We aren't alone!
Step two: take on initiatives that will help you achieve your goal.
You’ve already does both of those and you’re on the right path. Now you must stay on those initiatives and stay focused on catching yourself and coming forth quickly if you do slip up and lie again. Start a journal, get professional help, keep posting in here. Trust can be repaired if you show you are taking recovery seriously. The most important thing would be to catch yourself in any lies and act with a sense of urgency to fix your error and tell that person that you lied and be truthful. There is not a quick fix and it’s a lifetime of work but we are all working on something and if we’re not, then we aren’t bettering ourselves.
