I hate myself

my family is falling apart and I'm still lying.  I feel like I still try to please people and that takes me places that make me lie to avoid hurting others.   I didn't sleep at all.

Time to get out of victim mode!! Einstein said you cannot solve a problem with the same mind that created it. You have to start thinking differently. When you are feeling overwhelmed take a few seconds and just breathe! But stop the self bashing, the self pity and take charge. Take radical responsibility for your feelings and actions. We manifest around us what we think. If it is doom and gloom in our minds it tends to be what we deal with in life. Make a commitment to change and start walking the steps!! I would recommend reading Byrne Brown "Daring Greatly". And remember it is alright to feel pain and sorrow. It lets us know we are human. Feel it but then let it go!!! We are all here for you. Know you are NOT alone. Remember to not hate yourself! Hate poor choices and bad behavior which you can change but don't hate yourself! Good luck with this journey; it is well worth the effort!!!!

I picked it up at a goodwill/thrift shop yesterday.

It not a typical religious book. Since yesterday if read 1/2 way through the book.

I'm NOT a religious person. but this book making me feel better about myself.

Between my lying, gambling and depression, its made me realize a lot about myself and is helping.
