Hey Everyone!
I'd like to thank everyone who are new and active members of LA. We've now reached a major milestone of 500 members, almost 2 1/2 years later after getting off the ground. It's easy now to realize how much our disease of denial is not just something 1 of us has had to deal with, but that this disease impacts many, and we certainly are not alone in our struggle to get honest.
Let's share what LA has done for us, or you can respond to this post with things you've tried in your time in LA that have helped you with this disease of compulsive lying.
Thanks again everyone for all your strength, hope, and sharing. You all have made LA, and we're continuing to grow in ways I never imagined. Expect big things in the future, and keep on working to get honest!

Thank you so much for starting this group of LA. I just joined today, and have admitted to myself finally that I am a liar. I have 2 boys, 18 and 14 that unfortunately I have also taught how to lie through my actions. I face this issue everyday as I try to parent and they lie to me. I have been in a 9 yr relationship with the man of my dreams, but have been separated for the past 11 months because of the trust that I destroyed with my lies. My goal is to save myself, my kids, and my relationship by admitting I have a problem and dealing with it everyday. I don't want to be a liar anymore........
