IT went good. Thanks for the prayers. Once the adrenalin from nerves wore off half way thru breathing was painful on that rotten tooth even with the temp blue. Guess that stuff is not as insulating as the permanent stuff. I can't imagine how painful it woulda been without the cap at all.
The bulletins with the names and words were printed already. SO it was great to at least be able to sing instead of be a no show.

It was the prayers from you folks that got me thru. Anyone who has had to breathe over a broken tooth knows how painful that is. I missed a couple entrances. But finished the song.

That one will be a miracle!!! But being outta pain would be great. I think it is broken. Last time dentist was amazed that he was able to cap it. Think it will have to go tomorrow.

My cheek is bloody and swollen from the raw edges scraping the inside when I move my jaw for stupid things like breathing, swallowing, eating...... you know the lame luxuries that we tend to think we deserve to be able to do every few seconds. LOL

i have a couple broken teeth(helps keep my hillbilly status)
and clove oil.painted on with a q-tip.is a real help.
stings the skin and gum a bit for just a few minutes.annndd makes ya spit for a little while.
but it's worth all that for the relief it gives..

i have been using ambesol. Couldn't do that till after church since all vowel sounds are made with the tongue placement.

That thing Cathy said about very warm salt water would help with the sore gum n mouth.
