My partner and I broke up several years ago but we still hung out. She met a man (three different stories how they met but they are engaded. When she met him she told don't make her choose between and me because she will choose me. When he couldn't find a job he went out of state to work at his old job. While he was gone we hung out a lot as friends. Then when he came back, no more phone calls, she will call me on the way to work, shopping etc. without him around. No longer invites me over. When we had ester dinner (always spend it with her and her kids for many years) When I would strike up a conversation he could'nt look at me he would stare out the window or another direction.
He called me at her house months ago to wish me happy birthday and that I was apart of the family. That made me happy because I reallt thought he liked me (quite a surprise) after that as I describe above he can't engage into a conversation.
Since we don't meet at her house she will call while she is driving if I want to meet her somewhere. It was nver beyond an hour. Just about a couple of months ago I always give her a hug good bye, now she can barely hug me anymore. This apst weekend i gave her a bag of food that I didn't like, she took said thank you, paused for minute and said she dosen't have room in her freezer. She will no longer except anything from me. I'm confused................

I've read your previous posts because you are familiar. Welcome back. I hope you find solice here again. I know you need a warm, comfy place and you'll find it here.
So take what I say with a grain of salt. IMO, ....the thing is sweety,..you have got to find your way somehow. You are continually putting yourself in harms way. It's not 'who you love today' it's about YOU and what's inside of YOU TODAY.
