I'm getting two female symbols intertwined on my left shoulder. Small, unobtrusive. It's just for me as I don't wear sleeveless shirts.

I hav none, my gf has a large tribal b/t her shoulder blades...kinda like a tribal bat lookin symbol done in black w/echoing lines from top & bottom of it that are done in pride colors...its hard 2 explain.Lol. Our lesbian friends has alot...she has like 10 or 11 & all but 2 are pride related. from dancing frogs lined up in pride colors to pride colored sun & pride colored pyramid, double female symbols...& i dnt even remember the rest.

I have a rainbow butterfly that takes up most of my lower back.

I'm getting my ex's name done in rainbow along with the multiple myeloma cancer symbol done in rainbow colors, for she has cancer. I'm getting it one friday, and it will have her face beside it!

I read this post a while ago and kept wanting to write on it but I never did till it dissapeared and I forgot about it.

Yesterday i was in a tattoo shop (holding ma girl's hand while she got her ear pierced, no tattoo for now) which made me think of this post. Well origionally i was thinking about the tattoo i've wanted for a very long time, but don't have the guts to get.

Anyways i then got to thinking about how you said you wanted to add to it because it was so plain when i came up with the best tattoo pride tattoo idea. A fist in the air (like you see on the obama shirts :p) with a rainbow bracelet.

that being said, the first tattoo i want (which i will get eventually) is going to be very simple. I can't decide between my forearm, bottom of my leg or back of my neck. It'll be a black Star of David with a ribbons of rainbow colors intertwining with it, because it's my way of connecting my two communities, my faith and my person.

Very cool idea. I personally didn't think the tatoo hurt. It was annoying like fingernails on a chalk board for a long time. Placement is important. If you do the forearm you need to make sure your proffesion won't shun you for it. They can choice not to hire you for it. Not a pride tat but any tat in plain sight. Living in redneckville I try to keep all my pride in places where i can hide it if neccessary. I love ya all but I don't wanna die because redneck was offended by my tat
