Angeil and I ment online 4years ago and I made some mistakes lied were told long story short we got over it at least I thought we did because she moved from WY to Maine we had issues but seemed ok for a year and half n boom we have a huge fight n we broke up we keep sayin we want 2 b friends n we talked last night bout it she tells me that she still loves me but cant b wit me cause of the past i dont know how to deal wit this i spent 4yrs fightin for us to be together n than shes gone shes always been my best friend n i dont want to lose that but i dont know how to b friends because im hurtin n shes caused the hurt help

Tell her what you typed here. Tell her exactly.. no holding back.. how you really feel. Be respectful.. hold your temper.. and look her in the eye.

Then sit her down and see what she has to say. Take it from there. But, always be real with each other so this sh*t doesn't go on and on between you.

I did and its back n forth she says she wants friends but doesnt text me back so at thats point im willin to walk away from 4yrs just to stop hurtin

Her actions speak louder than her words. Follow your gut instincts and walk away if feel that's best for you.

I am sorry your hurting i know how it feels to love someone and they love u back but then they say u can't be together. She wants to be friend and I know you wish u could but it is not as easy as it sounds. Hun my best advice is to take it one step at a time and go slowly. You said u told her how u feel yet she still acts how she acts so hun all u can do is try to move on and dont worry..What doens;t kill u will make you stronger.

Thank you guys for all the support. I'm tryin to take it day by day and hope maybe she will wake up and see that I'm here as friend but I can't do more. I am realizing how toxic we were.
