How do you flirt? How do you show someone you like them?
How do you know if someone likes you?
I've never dated, never had a relationship. Don't really know why. They say that this type of fear of relationships is actually a fear of rejection/abandonment. I don't know.
I know i want to get over it though. How do i get over the fear, nervousness, and self-shame?
Has anyone been here? Anyone have any ideas?
And how does the asking out work? I really sort of want to be asked out vs being the one doing the asking-i don't really think i could do that. Would i be the one to give my number?

Here's the thing. No matter how many experiences one has had,...or how old we are.. we are still asking ourselves pretty much the same questions :O/ ..lol..
The truth in the lesbian world, especially for a femme who doesn't 'look gay' like me.... is that we have to be brave and try. We have to take risks and step over our fears. We can't flirt, unless we feel confident, and confidence comes from a place deep inside. And, deep inside is ~ fearful. So. We have to get over it. Open your mind and heart to possibility. Nobody is going to show you this..or come knocking on your door,... you have to find it in yourself :O/

theres alot of diferent ways to flirt so u have to pick the ones that work for you and works for the girl your going after, trying to make her laugh and feel comfortable and special around you, using your body like touching and "accidentally" bumping into her, or being completly blunt about your intentions, just try to make yourself stand out from the crowd and be noticed ... in a good way! you can playfully tease her, or tell her she has a beautiful necklace, cool or gorgous eyes or a really good hair. Give her a big smile and maybe throw in a wink :). Be happy looking even if you have to fake it sad and angrey ppl are not attractive! eye contact and and facial expression is key. Just knowheres a big difference between going after a girl and desprate.
Tell ur self your a badass and it helps make it true( its concided but it works), you cant think of yourself in a negative way cause ppl will pick up on that and do the same.
watch a lot of chick flicks and love movies where lots of ppl hook up and learn from that.
To figuring out if a girl likes you isnt all that hard just pay attention to detail, they get maybe shy and imbaressed around you, they will smile a lot and look at you a lot(try and catch them out the corner of your eye) there face might get flushed and their pupils get big, they try and impress you with storys and show off their good qualitys. groom themselves or groom u like picking a fallen hair off your shirt, adjusting theirs or your clothing. they seem happier or more nervous and giggly, there friends giggle and look at you when they talk. they will either be akwardly distant or unessicarly touchy usually. their body will mimic and mirror your stance, try reading a book on body language.
Remember to have fun and be yourself cause ppl can sense when someones fake and its annoying when ppl act desprate and lie to impress. If you guys are right for each other you should just naturally click and read your feelings for one another.
