You say "want someone to love" and IMHO that is a normal, healthy way to feel HURRAY FOR YOU!!! I am going to assume then that perphaps you might want someone to love you too.
TIME will help you repair or change your reputation, time and good choices, everyday that you make a positive choice, leads to another day of good choices, and puts another days distance away for the old you. Forgive yourself, if you need to ask someone to forgive you, learn from your mistakes and move on. You are a Divine Child of God and The Universe, You are worthy of loving and being loved. A reputation can be like a credit rating, years to build and moments to destroy.
There are women here who are so much better than I am at responding to posts, but the main point I want to make is that just because you have made some unhealthy choices does not make you a bad person. Focus on you, your life. Good Luck

I have developed a bit of a...bad reputation in my local Lesbian community. I was (and still am) rather loose. I have slept with many different girls and have always dumped them right after and laughed it off. Not feeling much guilt about it. Yes, I know that makes me a bad person.
Eek.
I am kind of hoping this goes away and I will go back to my old ways soon. If I don't, does anyone have any idea on how i can repair my reputation?
Double eek.
I was going to suggest moving preferably across the country, but why subject the west coast to that type of behavior.
On your first comment:
Theres nothing inherently wrong with dating a lot of different women. The issue that screams out is the cavalier way you treat these women (dumped them right after and laughed it off). It seems to me that, coupled with not a lot of respect for yourself, you dont have any respect for the women who deign to have sex with you. Yes I realize the women are grown adults (hopefully) and have freedom of choice and so forth but wow, what a shabby way to treat someone. Its one thing to sleep around, its quite another to dump someone and laugh about it. You have definitely earned your reputation.
On your second comment:
What resonated with me was the phrase, Im kind of hoping this goes away and I will go back to my old ways soon. If you truly mean that, then I would suggest that you have some deep-seated self-loathing issues in addition to really not liking women all that much.
If you are serious about repairing your reputation, go get some counseling and try to unravel what it is that makes you behave toward women (and yourself) the way you do. You need to figure out a LOT of things before youre ready to actually be able to love someone (and yourself).
Good luck.
You are a 20 year old woman who has been exploring your world, and have made very bad choices. The 20's are ALL ABOUT learning, falling, making mistakes over and over again until you learn how to become the solid individual God put on this Earth.
Your heart is damaged and your thoughts revolve around you and you alone. This doesn't happen at birth, it happens from experiences within your 20 years on Earth.
Everyone on Earth, deserves chances to change on grow. Before you make any decisions about your external world, delve into your spirit and mental space first. Do not bring any other hearts into your world until you find out what it is that created the cold, promiscuous creature you have become. Therapy, reading, faith, self analysis, self love..etc., all can be used to help you find a more peaceful, sweet, respectable place in life.
Your goal in life is to become a beautiful, caring, authentic adult woman who is accountable for ALL her actions, and only You can make it happen.
(long hug)
Sending you strength, love and postive energy ~
I avoid being close to others becuase I'm honestly that scared of being hurt; whether it be physically like she hurt me, or spiritually like another girl did. Not a whole lot of girls know that, and the one girl I did tell broke up with me becuase of the emotional issues i still have.
