I am 23 and have never dated or had sex with a guy, I have had 2 relationships with woman, my 1st girlfriend had slept with both men and women and my current gf had only slept with men I am her 1st girlfriend relationship. I don't think that the fact both of them sleeping with men made a difference to me and it didn't matter that my current gf hasn't been with any other woman. I feel safe and trust my gf that what we have is what she wants and I do not worry about her missing guys, you shouldn't worry about not sleeping with anyone because who ever you date will trust and understand you. It's about knowing who you are and if people say stupid stuff like "how do you know till you tried" ask then something just as stupid like have you tried bum sex with a strap on? as in my experience it's guys that say we should try it to decide and asking them that makes them go ewww. So life isn't about having tried everything to know you like it or not, sometimes you just know you do like something and sometimes you just dont like something. Be confident in yourself and who ever you are with won't question you and they might actually like that you waited and didn't rush like everyone else in life.

Take heart Confusion, you are still so new to the community... unfortunately others will stay away, if you are new... there is a fear that anyone new, are simply taking a trip on the wild side... sow their oats, then go back to being str8... which does happen, not in all cases. Like yourself, I came out in my early twenties, found it difficult to find someone to date me... they didn't want anything to do with the 'new kid'... I stuck it out, kept going to events, got my face out there in the community, til they knew who I was, they started to come in closer- took a couple of years - but found some women to date - patience helps. Don't worry about being inexperienced - we were all there at some point, when you finally do find someone to date, just do what feels good/natural - don't worry about feeling awkward - new relationships always feel awkward when they first begin. So just take it easy, keep going to events, introduce yourself to others, don't worry about getting a date right away, make some friends, enjoy yourself. :) Stay away from drugs - they're bad for you

Thanks for these comments. I'm also a "new kid" but...hardly a kid. Am well past middle age & most of the women I meet that interest me are not really interested in a "rookie".
I have recently met someone who I think might be very important to me & have thought about flat-out telling her that..."I may be a rookie but I'm a quick learner & I really care about you."
We have similar interests, enjoy social times together & because we are almost the same age...we think a lot alike. I honestly believe that there will appear someone in our life who will make a difference for us.
