Ok. So I am new to this thing. So bare with me.
I have been in a relationship with a girl for about a year and 2 mths. I love her to death. But things just havent seemed right.
Ive been diagnosed with Bipolar. So my mood goes up and down. Sadly, in her eyes I am sure all she see's is the down. I am scared I have become to clingy. My thoughts are racing. I know most will say talk it out with her. But that a problem I have. I am no good at communication. So I am scared I have no way of pulling this together. Why cant I just calm down....why.

I live with my girlfriend and actully she has just started a night job and I work days... I find myself not going to work... just so that I can lay with her and be in her presence.. As for communicaion I try and talk to her.. but she is not so good at commuincation . i scares me cus I am messing up everything right now.. I stay up all night just to see her....
Anyways enough about me.. here is what i can tell you.. If your girl has been with you that long... looks like she will stick around.. My girlfriend has delt with my crazy mood swings.. (agression too) and I am soo glade she had.. I have been put on medication Prozac its the best thing I have been taking.. takes about a month for full effect... and I also speak to a private social worker. I have been in worse cases but this has helped me.. message me if you'd like..
your health is first and foremost. The better you are the more attractive and lovely it will be to spend time with you. also, if she leaves you, you can know that you are OK and will only get better. Don't cling to her. Get healthy. Eat well, sleep solid, exersize etc....Good luck, from one who knows...
