So... my girlfriend and I are generally very happy together and agree on most things but lately the fact that I've slept with men has been causing some serious issues. 

 When we first started dating the subject came up and I was honest in saying that, although I very much identify as a lesbian, I have hooked up with a of guys after coming out. I didn't however tell her who or names because I didn't see it as somethig that needed to be said. One was a few years ago and one was at the beginning of last year. I'm not really sure why I do it but it does give me a huge guilt complex after....anyway! I'm a bartender and the guys come around the bar I work in. Though I am friends with one, there was never an emotional relationship of any kind other than that with either person... anyways onto the real point. 

My girlfriend asked me for specifics on who the guys were and after much resistance on my part I finally told her. I didn't feel that it was anyone's business but mine as far as the identities or nessacery information but she persisted and I caved. Now that she knows who and that they're still around she has a HUGE problem with it. It causes fights and generally makes me feel bad about my past and myself. I feel like she thinks I'm dirty because of how she reacts even though she says I'm not. Can't help but feel that way when she gets pouty and doesn't wanna touch me randomly because she had a picture in your head or one gets brought up. She's even resorted to light drug usage before visiting me at work to make it bearable...so I told her to not come up and visit if she can't be sober to do so... 

 So, without rambling for too long I'll get to my point, have youever experienced this or had a girlfriend who has this reaction? Is it normal? She gets so upset and no matter how much I reassure her that I love her and that she's all I want or need it doesn't seem to help. I just want for us to work everything out and for her to be confident in the love I have for her. 

*also Id like to add when we first started dating she was seeing me and another girl. After a while she stopped seeing the other girl who moved into be her roommate and she and I became exclusive. Shortly after that,on a night of partying, the hooked up. She says it was for just a moment and called me first thing in the morning to tell me about the incident and has kept the girl out of her life as much as possible as you can a roommate. I've worked really hard to forgive the incident but I have my good days and my bad days. I get caught up in the fact that they were dating and that after the incident the girl expressed interest In dating my gf again and she's texting a lot and whatnot. She says the fact that I still give her trouble about the incident plays into why she gets weird about the issues mentioned before.
