I DONT HAVE ALOT OF LESBIAN FRIENDS. I HAVE A SISTER WHO IS ALSO A LESBIAN AND AM FRIENDS WITH ALOT OF HER FRIENDS AND EXES. I WAS DEEPLY ATTRACTED TO ONE OF HER FRIENDS AND SHE REFUSED TO DATE ME BECAUSE OF HAVING A PREVIOUS RELATIONSHIP WITH MY SISTER. I KNOW FIND MYSELF VERY ATTRACTED TO ONE OF HER OTHER EXES. ITS VERY HARD CAUSE THESE ARE THE ONLY WOMEN I KNOW. IS THIS WRONG. MY SISTER IS ONE OF THE FEW PEOPLE I AM CLOSE TO AND DONT WANT TO LOOSE HER. WHAT DO I DO JUST COME OUT AND ASK HER. SHE ALWAYS TOLD ME I COULD DATE THE FIRST EX CAUSE WAS MANY YEARS AGO BUT HAVE FEELING THIS ONE WONT FLY. AND HER EX WANTS ME TO COME VISIT FOR THE WEEKEND. BE HONEST AM I A HORRIBLE PERSON TO WANT TO DO THIS?

Nah, you aren't horrible. I guess everyone has their own take on it. Me? I would rather jump off a bridge than to date someone that anyone in my family dated previously, but that's just me lol

If I remember correctly you have just recently got out of a relationship, no? Maybe just enjoying being single and not dating right now would be good, that way maybe in time you will have a chance to meet other lesbians who aren't previously attached to your sister.

i guess my sister and i are very similar that is why have same likes. it would not be good thing if i dated her without discussing it with my sister. never even knew this woman had any attraction to me just always loved her as a sister because have known her for years. guess will just go and be straight up with her and not let it go beyond the friendship thing. thanks kaino

Girl! Nothing should be ventured into when it could have 'any' possibility of harming the relationship with your sister. NOTHING.
I know your journey and you have tried to hide it,..but you have a very difficult time reading red flags and blatant signals from the women you pursue. At this particular time, your question here shows you have doubts; Cool!!! Listen to them.

I know you are on a search, but this very well may a path you should avoid. Please consider Kaino's advise and take a little breather for a while.

yes was feeling guilty but i have been friends with this woman for almost ten years. i called my sister and she said she is very happy for me and her ex is an amazing person and she is happy her ex will be a part of my life. i dont her as ever becoming more than a friend. which i need right now. i know i have made previous mistakes and she was my first and very hard to get over but believe it or not i am pretty intelligent and would never do anything to jeapordize the one person i am close to in this world.
