I met the most wonderful girl on here and she is the joy of my life now, and I told her that I loved her and I really I do, but I just feel like I kind of pushed her to say it back to me. Even though we are in two diff states we are planing to meet up with each other soon. I'm scared that I might have tampered with our relationship when I told her that I loved her. We still talk every day not as long but I still enjoy her company. So please if anyone has any advice I'm all ears because I could actually see myself with this girl for quite along time but I don't know if what I want is complete what she wants. We have both said that we are going to make this work and can see ourselves dating for a long time , so if any advise hmu:)
I am in the exact sitaution ( in terms of the distance and being young and all). Ask your girlfriend, on a real level, does she love you. Let her know that she has the freedom to be real and honest with you. Communication is key (especially in long distance relationships. Trust me). My gf and I communicate as much as we can. I have had to be honest with her on several of occasions. It is hard, especially with the person you love because you are afraid of rejection. However, you need to know the truth. Communication is key. Ask her how she is feeling and tell her what you feel. I been at this for nine months, and the more and more I open up and tell my gf what is going on, the better our relationship is. Communication actually helps the relationship to grow. She might just want to wait to meet and first to see if you two can really get along, and continue getting to know one another. Which is actually a good idea. Who someone is on the net, can be different (and they often are) from who they are in person. It takes a lot of work for love to come, friendship, trust, communication. Take your time, you don't need to have it yesterday. If its meant to be, it will be there in a year, as it is today. But you two could meet and decide you dislike one another....who knows?
When you tell someone you love them, its best when it comes from the heart, and is not dependent upon them telling you two. They should only tell you when they feel it as well. Unfortunately, sometimes people don't feel the same way for us, as we feel for them, and it can't be forced. If you did, she would be lying to you, just to appease you. I'm sure that is not what you want.
Take your time, don't rush things. If she feels the same, she will tell you in her time. It could be that she doesn't want to commit this quickly or as quickly as you want to. Be paitent
