This is the time to nurture yourself now, allow the waves of emotion to wash over you but see it as a cleansing experience..., you will come through this if you allow yourself to give the love you have inside of you for others to Yourself for a while..., if your love is good enough for them it's good enough for You! When you have that right, you'll start to see the right kind of love from a partner you are desiring be drawn into your life, someone that will support you through your depression too, someone that understands and isn't afraid of it ((hugs)) Wishing you all the very best, with love & peace...
I know all in all I need to take care of myself. I just feel so confused.
She is suppose to be coming to see me tomorrow to talk things out. I am not sure what will come of it. But I am hoping to at least make her understand things better on my end.
it sounds to me that your girlfriend is the one with issues not you. you loved her the best you can. if thats not good enough for her move on and find a better girlfriend. remember you are a good person and deserve the best. god made you special . work on yourself as a person and help other around you and soon your perfect mate will find you, because of your good heart. before you know it you wont classify yourself as having depression at all. good luck sweetie.
