Congratulations on wanting to come out!
If you are ready to come out, the best way to do it is to speak from your heart. Let your family know that who you love doesn't change who you are as a person. Tell them that you are the same person that they loved yesterday and will still be the same person that they love tomorrow.
But realistically, your family may not react the way you want them to, but you can't control them - you can only control how YOU handle the situation. If you are ready to come out to your family and the world, you have to be mentally prepared for rejection, disassociation, and prejudices. You have to be stronger than any negativity and misconceptions that may be thrown your way. It helps to have your friends that know you are out by your side to be ready to keep you uplifted.
In my experience with dealing with women who are coming out (most of my ex gfs chose to come out while dating me), most parents eventually at least become accommodating if not completely accepting once they see first hand that love has no gender and they can see their loved ones happiness. Because truthfully your family just wants to see you happy. They just don't understand how to associate homosexuality with being happy. And if I was straight I would probably be just as blind too because all we see is so much hate in this world towards the LGBT community that straight people can't see why we would 'choose' to be gay.
So take a deep breath, pray/meditate on it, and follow your heart.
Best of luck!
