I just watched youtube documentary on Prada Willi syndrome and the sufferer can't even feel full after eating even if their stomach explode, so I am thankful that I CAN feel full and listen to my body when it is feeling full instead of binging and feeling bad. :)

i am thankful for being alive, because i almost died twice.
i am thankful for my 2 kids, they are great.
i am thankful for my house and car
i am thankful for the friends i have.
i am thankful to my surgeon.
i am thankful for my family no matter how dysfunctional they are at times.
i am thankful i have a job.

I am thankful for my five beautiful children. I am thankful I am getting therapy for my mental health problems. Also I am happy that today 'A Mind To Be Free' by Polly Fielding is free from Amazon and will hopefully help some others out there to know that they are not alone.

I am thankful that although I am feeling a bit directionless and disoriented about life lately, I do have options. I always have options and the ability to see them and utilize them. I am also grateful that I am very intuitive and am learning to follow my intuition more. It kind of meets me where I am as I grow in consciousness.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
