It does sound like you have more of an allergy then an intolerance. Have you ever tried the elimination diet? That's where you go on a bare minimum special diet for a week or two then you gradually add items back into your diet to see what bothers you. Probably can get a better description online somewhere.
I found this interesting and noticed that combinations of foods bothered me. Also I noticed I didn't feel as well after having corn products. This is hard because they put corn in everything these days.
thanks for all the comments. To xa1nbowxR, I have been tested and I have no allergies to anything. They did blood work on milk, soy, gluten, wheat, almonds and tree nuts. You name it they did it. So I know I don't have an allergy to milk. I diffenftly know I have LI because of the lactose intolerance test I was given. I guess i'm just not understanding why Boost or ensure would bother me. My nutrionist doesn't know either. We have ruled out allergies. Which milk product do you use or anyone else who finds it doesn't bother them?!?!?. I was using Soy but really not that fond of it. I would like to try Lactaid. Doesn't anyone use Lactaid and are they pleased with it? Thanks again and please always add your comment or if you need my help maybe I can give you feedback.
Thanks!
Good luck and keep us posted about what you find that works for you.
