Kleptomania Support Group
Kleptomania is an inability to resist impulses of stealing. A person with this disorder is compelled to steal things, generally things of little or no value, such as pens, decorative pins, or wall decorations. They are often unaware of performing the theft until some time later. If you are suffering from kleptomania, join the group and get support.

Be humble and grateful in your actions, and vocal and present (vs. hidden : we all know what it looks like to go in to “shady” mode as we’re about to steal; while others may not perceive it, we know when our body begins to act on doing something wrong). When you return to work, rather than apologize, thank your boss for their compassion and the second chance. Be willing to accept the trust may never be restored, or that if it may that may not actually be the last time you break it.
Then the hard work can commence.
