I was told NOT to eat the following:
Anything with vitamin C, D, K, E
no fish
no potatoes unless they are boiled then rinsed then boiled and rinsed upto 4 times to get out all starch but also it takes all taste out with it,
no alcohol ( but all my medicines are alcoholic based hmm what is with that?)
no soda drinks like pepsi, coke and the like,
no tea or coffee or hot chocolate
no tomatoes, bananas
no salt cut down on the sugar
no carbohydrates cut down on high protein and fibre
What a joke if i did all the above i would be on a drip in hospital what a joke but i was told of 2 things that i could have
Cranberry juice and water and lots of it..... wahoooo aren't i lucky.
Don't eat whole wheat or grains, dairy, and a list of what seemed to be every fruit and vegetable known to man. I doubt my love of bok choy did me in.
The guidelines were beyond realistic, and I couldn't figure out what I was actually supposed to eat.
