Hello ladies--- Today is actually a little bit better after working last night on the trauma issues in a more effective way (hypnosis). This weekend we are going to Indianapolis so that Tom can join his friends who are building R2D2's at a droid con. Josh and I will be going with my mom to the Children's Museum and also will be enjoying the hotel with an indoor pool. I hope everyone is doing well. :)

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...

I joined weightwatchers today. Biggest i've ever been but hopeful of getting some off. One day at a time. It's very hot here today and it really zaps my energy. Will wait until 9 ish before i walk the dogs.
My dad is getting more confused quite frustrating for my mum. Very sad. :(
