If your boyfriend doesn't want to be doubted and wants you to trust him, he must provide an environment where you feel secure. If he doesn't, and is doing something that makes you feel suspicious, you won't be able to overcome your feelings.

When you don't know a person's desires, likes and dislikes, or they keep something from you, and that could be as little as locking their phone, or something as big as not letting you into their world, suspicion will arise and grow at an immense rate, which then leads to jealous thoughts.
