What do you love about Autumn?

The cool crisp air, the leaves changing colors, the duck and goose migration, the deer rut, football season, seeing the farmers harvesting crops, the kids trick or treating, the lakes getting less crowded and the smell of burning leaves.

What do you not like about Autumn?

School traffic! That's about it.

I try to but not as often as I should, I find it easier if I chant first.

No not usually. If I think about it I might take a few minutes to daydream or invite positive, calming thoughts into my brain. I love to sleep too.

Do you love to sleep and/or sleep in?

YESS,I love going to sleep but sometimes get a bit of anxiety at night .I always appreciate the ability to sleep and relax now. I don't sleep well in day light so cant sleep in much, my partner is much better at it as well so don't get much chance
