After years and a lot of tears, we are finally going in tomorrow for our embryo transfer. The Doctor retrieved 17 eggs from our donor on Saturday, and we got a call on Monday, that 7 of those eggs made it through the fertilization process. I just got the call that we need to go in at 8:30 tomorrow morning and that the Doctor will go over the number and quality of the embryos, how many we'll have left over and he will have pictures to show us of our two best looking ones. I didn't ask the person who called how they are looking and how many are still growing, because I figured that things can easily change between now and tomorrow. No reason for me to get worked up about it, since we'll be able to talk everything over with our Doctor first thing in the morning.

I always knew how excited I would be when this day finally came, but I also thought that I would be stressed and extremely nervous. I am very surprised at how calm I am feeling today. I sure hope I can stay calm and relaxed tomorrow!
