I felt slight cramping in the cycle when I got my positive Beta. My first Beta was 28 and my second (two days later was 49. I have a four year old DD from that cycle.
After I got my positive Betas I found that I had to urinate like every 10 seconds it felt like, other than that, I didn't have too many symptoms 'till about 9 weeks of pregnancy and about that time, morning sickness set in.
How many embies did you transfer? Where are you in your two week wait?

I also felt cramping, much like AF, but I also noticed a tightness or bloated feeling in my lower abdomen which was consistent with each of my pregnancies (failed as well as successful). The 2WW is the worst and I know how much you focus on everything trying to get a sense of whether or not your cycle worked. Betas vary wildly from person to person and from pregnancy to pregnancy. I transferred 2 5-day blasts. My first beta on day 14 was 2051 which is outrageously high and my RE's reported record. #2 was 11,652 which was 4 days later. #3 3 days after that was 28,815. That was, of course, a twin pregnancy. My first betas from the 3 previous (failed) pregnancies were in the 200-600 range which were also considered strong betas. My RE likes to see anything over 100 at day 14. Fingers crossed for you!!

I felt absolutely nothing with my first BFP during the 2ww. And lots of people feel no symptoms until 6-8 weeks pregnant and some never feel any early pregnancy symptoms. Like 2pups said, betas very from person to person. Lots of clinics have a minimum they like to see on your first beta (my clinics was 30) but the most important thing is that your numbers double ever 48-72ish hours. Even if they start low, they can still be good as long as the double like they should.

so the good news so far is my first Beta was 128 and 2nd beta was 513. I go back monday for 3rd Beta.
we are obviuosly being cautious optimistic but also sooo happy to be in this postion. As i have never made it past the 2 beta before.
i def have headache, sore boobs, lower back pain. which is all normal. But starting yesterday im getting these twinges of pain in lower abdomen, mainly to left side. my nurse said not to worry and call if i am doubled over in pain. I also go for first ultra sound a week form today. So, hoping that will put me more at ease. did anyone else have those twinges of pain?? i guess the worrying never stops:) it goes from worring about your pregnancy to worring about your baby:)

Congratulations!!!!!!!!! Oh, the twinges...I remember those. I also remember my RE's nurse telling me in advance that I may feel those and she basically said, "Don't worry if you feel them, it is just the baby burrowing deeper and settling in." They go away, but I don't remember when. So excited for you! :) And yes, the worrying never stops, only gets worse! :)

Congrats sltoddy! Great Beta numbers! It's very normal to worry, I worried because my beta numbers were low and because I really didn't have any symptoms (other than having to urinate frequently), but once I saw my little one's heart beat in my 7 week ultrasound, my worries melted away. So happy for you!
