You have a few more weeks before the nausea typically kicks in (enjoy it while it lasts!). Mine was around the clock but that was with twins. It lasted until about week 16, and was horrendous. I could not have survived without my Seabands and lemon drops! I remember early on having really bad food aversions that hung around for a while. Those started before the morning/noon/night sickness. I had more aversions early on than I had cravings the whole time. Your entire body will be affected in one way or another as your pregnancy progresses. Every little part. It is really amazing. If you don't already have one, grab a pregnancy book like What to Expect When You're Expecting or similar. It walks you through every week and is wonderful. DH and I read it together every week. Best wishes!!
The only real symptom that doesn't come from progesterone or estrace is frequent urination. This symptom comes from HCG which can only happen when an embryo implants. Its the one true symptom I've looked for, on some of my cycles I had it for a few days then the frequent urination went away. I often wonder if the embryo implanted then fizzled out quickly.
For us IVFers there is definite early side effects like all that you listed that are caused by our lovely progesterone and estrogen. But once we stop taking those and our bodies take over, then our pregnancies are just like anyone elses as far as symptoms go. Some people have no symptoms and others have a lot.
You name the symptom and I have had it! My nausea kicked in between 5-6 weeks and lasted until 12-13. And now at 22 weeks I am starting to really feel the aches and pains of pregnancy. But I contribute all my symptoms being so exaggerated (and kind of early) to the fact I am carrying twins.
Hopefully you luck out as one of those people who really does not experience too many side effects.
