Hi,

My name is Helen and I'm about to undergo IVF treatment using my own eggs. I'm hoping to have the day 5 blastocyst transfer. Just wondered what I should bear in mind when it's happening or what's the best I can do to improve the chances of success?

Hi there....I've not started the procedure yet. The beginning of next month is when it's all kicking off and I am so, so nervous/excited/terrified!

Keep a healthy diet, take omega 3 and CoQ10 supplements, they usually help with egg quality, check out this other site for more recommendations:http://natural-fertility-info.com/. Follow you RE instructions and make sure to stop any herb during stimulation. Baby dust!!

Acupuncture helps relax you when going through a stressful IVF procedure. My RE really felt that LArginine and DHEA were helpful too.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
