In this. No one is here to cheer me on or help. Can I do this alone? What happens if I can't?
If you believe you will be successful, or if you believe that you can't....either way you are right..!!! It just comes down to your thought process...you can do this
Today I feel horrible. my son is now 17 and he can be such a jerk. I don't know how NOT to take his moods personally . I feel very much alone and lonely. I am divorced and single..I had to move back home and so my son lives with his dad now...It can all be so overwhelming sometimes and I just want to give up, Earlier today I thought "Do something today that will make me feel good" so I took the dogs for a ride and paid some bills, and logged on here.
I feel much better already, just knowing I am not alone.. Thank you all for sharing your truth because it helps others so much..
Do one thing tomorrow that will lift your spirits, and hang on to the hope that this will get better...
Honestly,.... I am now 11 years sober. I am far from "Well" but I am good. I wouldn't trade all of it for anything.... the good and the bad..
