Hi.
I have been having theĀ runs for a long time. No matter what I do. Only good thing is my stomach stop hurting me. What helps to stop the runs? I only most times once or twice a day has it. By bowel movement goes back to normal for a day or two but then the runs return and last for days. Please help?

Bananas that are firm will help have you tried that.. and miralax helps bring your Bowels to normalcy. In hope that helps

I use Imodium.....it turns off the trots

Thanks, I tried Miralax but hard to drink three times a day before each meals. No, I never tried Imodium. I eat bananas but not Daily. I have to try something. Thanks I will go shopping

Hi TCB so far I tried the banana and it works well. I never noticed before the different a banana can make. Thanks again

I discovered that I had a yeast infection, so cut off all sugars and fruit and ate plain yogurt with bibidium(Biobest) and onions and garlic, and then I went less often, and less bloating and nausea.

Glad that you found out Isabelle. For me I barely have any pain now and I fluctuate in bowel movement not.
