Irritable bowel syndrome is a common intestinal disorder that is characterized by bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea, cramping, and constipation. Typically no abnormalities appear during standard medical testing, and so irritable bowel syndrome is identified by the symptoms. Although irritable bowel syndrome can cause serious discomfort, the intestines are not harmed.

I am new here, just saying hello :) My name is Tate.
I recently had a colonoscopy, which found itnernal hemaeorroids..I also had biospies taken mainly to see if my endo has spread to my bowel. The Gastrologist (did I type that right? :|) said I have mild IBS. I notice my BM are either hard or almost or are the runs, and this by no means co insides with my pain medication. Im not sure what 'sets it off' or if anything does.
But just thought I'd join the group :) and introduce myself!

Just keep reading this forum and trying out what sounds like it might work.
