Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) Support Group
Irritable bowel syndrome is a common intestinal disorder that is characterized by bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea, cramping, and constipation. Typically no abnormalities appear during standard medical testing, and so irritable bowel syndrome is identified by the symptoms. Although irritable bowel syndrome can cause serious discomfort, the intestines are not harmed.
Try eating stuff with ingredients that you NEVER eat. Like lamb, rice, etc. Avoid processed foods for a while as well. We can become allergic to food dyes as well.
Good luck!
My mother had an hydle hermia and had to take pepcid-which you can find over the counter.
I agree with2scicrazed, you have to learn how to eat clean for you. Maybe start a food diary or get the allergy testing. I also don't eat processed food very often. Mostly organic, almost no dairy, gluten free, the list goes on. But it has helped with my IBS.
Hope your feeling better soon.
But I also read that IBS can cause pain in the groin and other obscure places. So who do you believe? How do you treat these things? When can you stop worrying????
