Irritable bowel syndrome is a common intestinal disorder that is characterized by bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea, cramping, and constipation. Often in the longer term with the correct diet (low glycemic index, low allergy potential, smaller meals), getting rid of helicobacter pylori, and correct gut flora this cures the chronic gastritis and the stomach is again able to produce acid normally.
I can buy this on amazon. I have been tested for H pylori and I do not have a problem there. My diet now is low glycemic and I do eat small meals. I have also been pumping myself up with plenty of probiotics along with the b12. Now I am wondering if I should be taking my multiple vitamins in a liquid form.
