asparagus once cause my dietician said eat veg from a can cause it's soft, and I had severe cramps for 5 days. This was following a colonoscopy . I have had cramps now for 3 months, back to broth, the surgeon said it might be my IBS acting up not so much the divertic,,, even though the divertic...was inflammed, ,. and was definitely a problem.
