Irritable bowel syndrome is a common intestinal disorder that is characterized by bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea, cramping, and constipation. Typically no abnormalities appear during standard medical testing, and so irritable bowel syndrome is identified by the symptoms. Although irritable bowel syndrome can cause serious discomfort, the intestines are not harmed.

goats milk

has anyone tried goats milk . it doesent taste much diff to cows milk , just wandering if its better for ibs?

My wife have is having Goats milk and yogurts, and she thinks it's helping her, but she couldn't get on with the butter because of the pale colour.

She is thinking about trying the test with, YorkTest Laboratories to see if that helps.

i use goats skimmed milk and is ok you no am up and down playing with goats and soya

I have been drinking Goats Milk, and since I just recently been diagnosed with IBS, I am staying away from all dairy products for now, since not sure yet what foods will trigger it. I have never been a "Milk" drinker anyway, other than with cereals - and I think it tastes better than cow's milk.
