Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) Support Group
Irritable bowel syndrome is a common intestinal disorder that is characterized by bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea, cramping, and constipation. Typically no abnormalities appear during standard medical testing, and so irritable bowel syndrome is identified by the symptoms. Although irritable bowel syndrome can cause serious discomfort, the intestines are not harmed.
I actually have a small bladder & have to pee a lot more than other people. So I just tell friends or boyfriends when we go somewhere that I have a small bladder so I may have to use the bathroom a lot while we're out. Maybe you could say that instead if the other bothers you to tell them. I tell them I need to sit on the end or let's sit near a restroom or whatever & they're fine with it -- and if they're not, too bad -- and 9 times out of 10 they say "me too" -- especially women friends!
