Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) Support Group
Irritable bowel syndrome is a common intestinal disorder that is characterized by bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea, cramping, and constipation. Typically no abnormalities appear during standard medical testing, and so irritable bowel syndrome is identified by the symptoms. Although irritable bowel syndrome can cause serious discomfort, the intestines are not harmed.

My IBS is also triggered after I eat. I guess I have developed a low tolerance for pain because of all of this and I find it terribly hard to calm my mind...which then brings on anxiety and makes the pain worse...which then brings on a sprint to the bathroom....then maybe another sprint to the bathroom....
Ginger tea is really good for the stomach and helps me ease my stomach stress if only temporarily. I hear peppermint tea is good too.
Best of luck to you. This IBS stuff sucks!
