Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) Support Group
Irritable bowel syndrome is a common intestinal disorder that is characterized by bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea, cramping, and constipation. Typically no abnormalities appear during standard medical testing, and so irritable bowel syndrome is identified by the symptoms. Although irritable bowel syndrome can cause serious discomfort, the intestines are not harmed.
I had chronic gas and burbs for about 3 years. Everytime I eat, about one to one and half hour later, I get this chronic burps and gas. I tried everything, nothing works . so irritating. My doctor prescribe PPP, nexium, etc, all to no avail. Probiotic and digestive enzymes helps. Orange, lemon, pine apple juices helps. Peppermint tea, peppermint oil is very calming and soothing.
Finally, I did a detox program, and got rid of it once and for all. I did a gall bladder cleanse and flush out the gall stones. Wished I had knew this sooner instead of suffering for 3 long years. Now, whenever I get gassy, I know the bile is not flowing properly, I check for my gallbladder condition; abstaining from greasy foods and drink lots of apple juice. The Mallic acid helps to flush the sludge out of the gallbladder.
