Hello ladies-
I got a call from my doctor yesterday and he is having such a hard time figuring out what is going on. I had a cat scan done on the 5th, blood work, and a urine culture. When he did the urine test in the office there was blood and nitrates in it, so another infection. The cat scan came back normal, but it did show that I have a large stone in my left kidney, but he says that the area it is in should not be causing pain, being that it has not I guess began the process of me passing it, also the blood work came back normal. He asked how I was doing and I told him I do not feel good, the kidney spasms on the left side have not stopped along with the sharp pains in my left lower abdominal/pelvic area, and that it hurts/burns when I urinate. He told me how sorry he was that he had no answers for me and that I am still suffering like this. He has put me on a stronger antibiotic and also told me he was referring me to a urologist and wanted me in ASAP, boy he wasn't kidding over the asap I am going today. I am so nervous, I am scared that I am going to be putting more money into another doctor and God knows what else to just end up back on here with no answers, again. Please pray that this new doctor can figure out what's wrong with me, that he can help me and get me to feeling better. I am starting to get to the point I feel like I am unfixable, I am very very down if you can't tell, I just don't know what to do or think anymore. I will let you all know how the appointment goes and I am hoping that with the help of the urologist and still seeing my specialist that between them maybe just maybe I will get some relief and some much needed answers.
