Hello- Many of you have ready about my best friends little girl the one I have asked for prayer for, she has, Chiari, Spinal bifida, and tethered cord. She has been in a lot of pain dealing with numbness, headaches, and many other things. I saw he Saturday and she was not doing good at all, anyways her MRI is today. Her mother is a nervous wreck, was in here crying this morning, wee prayed with her before she left and I put my arms around her, gave her a huge hug and told her it will be ok, she is in God's hands.....Please pray that we get answers today, that there will not need to be another brain surgery, and please pray for just calmness for her mom....Thank you all so very much, and I will keep everyone updated......

What does that mean Kendra? Tethered cord. That poor little girl, bless her heart! I pray that God and his angels hold her in their hands while this nightmare is going on.

Tethered cord is where scar tissue has developed on her spin and has adhered to it and has attached to her back, so all this pressure and stuff is adding pain and all the things she has been dealing with, the MRI people messed up though and did not get any images of her brain to see if the kiari is causing issues.....but, if they have to do surgery for the tethered cord it will be very dangerous cause they will have to try to cut all the scar tissue away from her spine...she will have to lay totally still for 24 hours, not move at all, and she will have to lay on her stomach and not move for like 6-8 weeks I believe.....We are still waiting to hear from the doctor....
