Hey everyone, my name is Tayevaughn. I am a Christian. I currently struggle with people who disagree or don't understand my faith and practices. I currently belong to a Baptist church here in New York, and the way we practice our faith is very doctrinal. I have decided to switch denominations. I found a United Methodist church in my community that focuses on love and peace and acceptance, as they follow the way of Jesus. I want to be able to spread God's love and peace and grace and justice with everyone in a kind, compassionate, reconciling manner. I would love to get to know people, so I know that many of us can get along, become friends and talk. Peace and blessings.

Thanks for the post! Getting along between religions/nonreligion is very important. If the world all got along no matter what one another believed, it would alleviate much prejudice and all that goes with it, including even wars. We can all get along; we mostly need to do just what you are doing: reaching out and trying to love others. Kudos to you for this!
