I would suggest looking for someone who might be able to provide comprehensive solutions, meaning treatment for ADD, anxiety, insomnia, and use drug-free methods, including but not limited to CBT.
You might also ask your doctor for a recommendation, and you'll obviously also want to find someone who's located reasonably close to you .

Maybe you can't change the circumstances that trigger your symptoms, but you can change the way you think about those circumstances, and that might go a long way to helping your symptoms.
You are right that no one else (with the emphasis on "else) can change you. Only you can do that.
