As usual, balance is key. Yes you need your social life. That is important too. And yes socializing may include late night parties and probably involves alcohol, a known sleep disruptor. And yes, you very well may pay the price for all this later.
So my suggestion would be two things:
1. Get back to your normal routine asap. Consistency is important but occasionally getting out of your routine is not a catastrophe.
2. Let go the worry and your sleep will recover faster.
Be confident that overall the steps you are taking will over time significantly improve your ability to sleep well. It may not be a totally linear improvement. There may be some setbacks. That's OK and normal to expect.
