Hello. I'm new here. I've battled with insomnia on again and off again for the past ten years. Lately it's been mostly off, but I still seem to have trouble sleeping all the way through the night. I generally wake up at 2pm or so and don't fall asleep again until 5 or 6 in the morning by which time I must get up for work. Anyone know of any remedies for this mid-night insomnia?
