Tell us more about your situation. Any medical or psychiatric issues? Are you taking any medications? What is your normal sleep schedule like?
And are you at least resting in bed at night? If so, you may actually be sleeping more (a lot more) than you think you are. Sleep state misperception is very common among insomniacs.
I do have quite a few medical issues (anemia, type 1 diabetes even as someone who's underweight, etc.), but none I would think affect my sleep pattern.
