Sleeping well on a consistant basis is my mission. The last couple months I've made slight improvements. I'll struggle for like 5 or 6 nights but then have about 4 good ones in a row. I'm on day 4 of good and I'm going to keep this streak longer! Now I've got melatonin and my insomnia goggles. I'm still struggling mentally compared to a normal person but I'm making progress. I don't freak out as bad as I used to and I'm finally gaining some thought control. With sleep assistance and mental focus I will get back to being a normal person!
