Certainly sounds rough. For what it's worth, many of us have experienced something similar. And survived. You will too.
You are taking some potent anti-psychotics and anti-depressants, and not sure if that means you're taking them only to sleep, or if you have been diagnosed with any psychiatric disorders that are affecting your sleep.
The key to making this better, as I see it, is to identify and treat the true underlying issues that are affecting your sleep. Because sleep itself isn't the real problem -- sleep is only the symptom. Yet sleep is what we focus on, even obsess about, because that is what we so desperately want and need.
Be reassured that your mind and body absolutely will get at least the minimum amount of sleep needed. That's because the biologic pressure to sleep cannot be resisted, and indeed is more powerful than your insomnia.
You might benefit by asking for a referral to a medical doc that specializes in sleep. A multi-pronged strategy that included both drug and non-drug therapy (such as CBT) may be just the solution you need.
So hang in there, and try to let go the worry for a little while. Sleep will come.
