Presuming you want to sleep at night again, one thing you can try is setting and keeping a very consistent wake time at your preferred time 7 days a week. If you're not drowsy at your normal bedtime, stay up until you do feel sleepy. But stick with that wake time, do not allow yourself to sleep in, and avoid napping.
With this kind of circadian consistency over time -- and it may take several weeks -- you stand to significantly strengthen your sleep system.
