I hate all meds, so I wouldnt do that but Im sure you're just depressed.
Bruticus I'm a bit confused about the "warm up" and then eat a snickers and will need you to explain better. I know what it must involve but I'd like to hear your suggestion explained better to make sure I fully understand what you're trying to say. Anyway, it should help you produce serotonin. It's not much but if that's all you got, then that's all you got.
Personally, I'd just take a 100mg 5HTP with some water. Works great.
